Somerset House is a newly renovated 2 storey house consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is set on 5 acres with uninterrupted rural and bay views and exceptional night views over Safety Beach and Dromana.
Somerset House has a contemporary, country feel with modern facilities. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, and large ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and third bedroom has a double and single bunk. The main bathroom has a spa bath and double basins.
The kitchen has a double dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and overlooks a heated spa pool on the balcony where you can enjoy a glass of wine while enjoying the breathtaking views. The lounge room has a large stone fireplace which is very cosy on cold nights.
The upstairs living area is set up as a games room with an LCD T.V., DVD player, soccer table, books, games and DVDs.
